Your plane is delayed? We are screening the delayed flights, to make sure that the driver will greet you at the airport, regardless the time of your arrival.

Steps:

Book your transfer. You may want to access our on-line booking form, call us or send us an e-mail. When booking, make sure that all flight information are available (Date/Time). Prices for transfers from or to any address in Romania are available on the on-line form (e.g.: Constanta, Sibiu, Brasov).If you do not want to use the online form, please contact us by phone or e-mail for a price quotation.

Transfer to the airport. Please consider the meteorological and traffic conditions, as well as the check-in formalities, every time you require a transfer from a specific address (your residence, hotel or office). We can recommend the pickup time. Our driver will transfer you to the airport at the drop off zone in front of the terminal.

Transfer from the airport. Our drivers will meet and greet you as you exit the security area after luggage claim. For an easy recognition, they will carry a name tag (same name as stated on the booking form). Please contact us, in case you consider that custom formalities and luggage claim may exceed 60 minutes. Our driver will greet you and will drive you safely to the required address.

• Please check the luggage space available for each transfer type
• Prior notification is mandatory for luggage exceeding the luggage space
• We reserve the right to decline any luggage exceeding the room space of the trunks, for which no prior notification was made

• This choice is free of charge. Please require it when making the reservation. In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the child seat is mandatory.

• Please let us know your requirements for the transportation of pets (compulsory transportation cage).
